What can Fiat offer my fleet?

Looking to upgrade your company car or fleet? Here’s why you should consider a Fiat…

Choosing your own company car or new fleet of vehicles can be a challenge, and it’s so important to make sure that you have the right cars for the job.

The premium brands are often a popular choice, but if you predominantly drive in urban areas, smaller cars are often best, and usually much cheaper to run.

Fiat has a great line-up of smaller models, and it’s a brand you should consider if you’re looking for a new fleet vehicle. Here’s why…

Great choice of smaller cars

While some manufacturers try to have a range that attempts to offer something for everyone, Fiat tries to keep its range a bit simpler.

It’s a firm that’s known for its small cars – notably the 500 and Panda – and if you spend most of the time driving your fleet car around towns and cities, these models are seriously impressive with their small dimensions.

There are slightly larger models if you need more room – such as the 500X crossover, 500L MPV and Tipo. These models are much roomier, yet still keep their small dimensions, and are all the more appealing because of that.

Efficient models

Efficiency and low running costs are really important on fleet cars, and Fiat will impress you with its clever new mild-hybrid powertrains.

Available on both the Panda and 500, this new powertrain mates a 1.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and battery – allowing it to be both more responsive and also more efficient. In the 500, Fiat claims it’ll return 53.3mpg, with CO2 emissions of 119g/km. You’ll also find an efficient 1.6-litre diesel in the Tipo, which will return a claimed 56.5mpg.

Attractive company car tax rates

As company car tax rates are dictated by how much a car costs and its emissions, Fiat models stand in good stead because they’re both affordable to buy and also are very cheap to run, too.

While an electric Fiat 500 will join the range later this year - and will have an exceptionally low benefit-in-kind when it does - for now the mild-hybrid models are still very affordable in company car tax terms. For example, a 500 Hybrid could cost as little as £55 per month in company car tax.

A stylish range to make your business stand out

If appearance is key to your job or business, having the right cars to stand out from the crowd can be really important.

And with Fiats all looking especially stylish and standing out from the crowd, these models can be a great tool to advertise your business with – not least with the chic 500, which is available with a whole range of personalisation options.

Extended test drives and great support

When picking a new company car or looking for new vehicle fleets, you need to be sure that the models are right for you. That’s something you can be sure you’ll get with Fiat, which offers an exclusive three-day test drive for fleet managers to put the Fiats you’re interested in through their paces.

What’s more the firm also has a great support network. It has an expert business team and dedicated ‘Business Centre’ ready to help. The firm, along with its sister brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep, also recently set up a new fleet hub to make it easier to find out the key information about its models.
