The 1.4-litre engine is also great on the motorway – it’s quiet, refined and is good at cruising. It completes the benchmark 0-62mph sprint in 12.5 seconds and has a top speed of 110mph. Ride & Handling 4.0/5 The ADAM has been designed to not only look good on the street, but also drive brilliantly. The driving position is spot-on thanks to good headroom and ample seat and steering wheel adjustment. The ADAM has a distinctly sporting edge to it as well – take it on a country road and you’ll be smiling for weeks afterwards. Equipment 4.0/5 Trim levels on the Vauxhall ADAM are one of the best features of the car. These figures make the Vauxhall an attractive option for all types of buyer regardless of age or wealth and there is usually a deal to be done at a Vauxhall showroom.
