SKODA picked up two prizes at the inaugural Great British Fleet Awards, as the Superb and Kodiaq won their categories.
The Superb took home the award for the ‘Best Upper Medium Car’ for the fourth year in a row, while the seven-seat Kodiaq won the ‘Best Fleet Large SUV’.
Head of fleet at SKODA UK, Henry Williams, said: “SKODA had a recording-breaking year in True Fleet last year and the brand continues to grow from strength-to-strength. The Superb remains in high demand for fleets and I’m delighted it continues to be recognised across the industry.
“The SKODA brand is synonymous with strong design and innovative technology which is often the reserve of premium brands, which is why our cars stand out as the smart choice for businesses.”
The Czech brand offers the Superb in the fleet-focused SE Technology spec, which features adaptive cruise control, smartphone connectivity, alcantara and leather upholstery, and a series of driver assistance systems to help on long journeys. That spec is priced from £23,680.
For the large Kodiaq, the judges commended how the seven-seat model offers great style and value for money, as well as the potential 2,065-litre load space in the back when all the seats are folded down. The Kodiaq starts at £25,770.
