Volkswagen adds R-Line trim to newest SUVs

Both the T-Roc and Tiguan Allspace gain the sportiest specification in the firm’s SUV line-up, with available to order now.

Volkswagen has introduced the R-Line trim level to the T-Roc and Tiguan Allspace ranges to add a further dynamic edge to the latest additions to the brand’s SUV line-up.

The sporty specification is available across four engine-transmission combinations in the T-Roc and five in the Tiguan Allspace – giving customers plenty of choice.

For the T-Roc models, R-Line adds 19-inch ‘Suzuka’ alloy wheels fitted with low-rolling resistance tyres, the R-Line styling pack including a body coloured spoiler and new bumpers, black wheel arch extensions, body-coloured side skirts, sports suspension and R-Line badging.

Inside, the T-Roc gains black roof lining, dark grey trim inserts, chrome door inserts, black upholstery, aluminium pedals, R-Line carpet mats and flat-bottomed multifunctional leather steering wheel.

Like the T-Roc, the Tiguan Allspace comes with R-Line exterior body styling with a body-coloured spoiler, black air intakes and rear diffuser, as well as 20-inch alloy wheels and sports suspension – which can be enhanced with the addition of Dynamic Chassis Control.
